Ingredients for Idli Fry
Idli – 10
Onion – 1/2
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Rai – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Green chili cut lengthwise – 2
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Red chili sauce – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Idli Fry Recipe
If you want to make breakfast in the morning with the leftover idli, then idli fry is a great option. To make this, first take each idli in a deep bottomed utensil and cut it into small pieces. Now add red chili powder, turmeric, red chili sauce and salt as per taste to the idli and mix them all well. After this cover the idli and keep it aside for some time.

Now put some oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add marinated idli pieces and fry them. When the idli turns golden brown, turn off the gas and take out the fried idli in a big bowl. After this, put some more oil in the pan and heat it. During this keep the flame on medium. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.

After this, put chopped onions and green chillies in the pan and let them cook.
